Cameras
- Canon EOS 1000D - The EOS 1000D is Canon's entry-level digital SLR. It's the most basic model in the range and aimed squarely at beginners, but despite the modest specifications it's still a good camera.
- Canon EOS 1D Mk IV - Canon's high-speed press/sports camera capable of shooting at 10fps with a sensor size mid-way between APS-C and full frame.
- Canon EOS 1Ds Mk III - The EOS 1D Mk III is Canon's top professional D-SLR, though it's been upstaged somewhat by the newer EOS 5D Mk II, which has the same resolution, an HD movie mode and lower price.
- Canon EOS 450D - One of Canon's mid-range 'amateur' cameras, the EOS 450D is a step up from the EOS 1000D but now overshadowed by the newer EOS 500D.
- Canon EOS 500D - Canon's smaller-format APS-C SLRs split into two groups: amateur and semi-pro. The EOS 500D is the top 'amateur' model, with 15 megapixels and an HD movie mode.
- Canon EOS 50D - The 50D is the first of Canon's semi-pro APS-C format digital SLRs. It has a large, durable alloy body, 15 megapixels and a continuous shooting speed of 6.3fps, but no movie mode.
- Canon EOS 550D - The EOS 550D is Canon's top 'amateur' SLR, boasting an 18-megapixel APS-C format sensor and full HD movie mode.
- Canon EOS 5D Mk II - The EOS 5D Mk II is currently Canon's cheapest full-frame camera, but it has the same resolution as the top-level EOS 1Ds Mk III and a full HD movie mode.
- Canon EOS 7D - Canon's top APS-C format D-SLR is designed both for high-speed shooting 8fps and full HD movies, and has an 18Mp sensor.
- Nikon CoolPix S1000pj - The S1000pj is a fairly standard superslim digital camera whose unique feature is a built-in projector. While it lacks power it's a great novelty.
